- Write two things you are thinking.
- List the steps you would take to solve the problem.
2) Positivity!

- Before you read:
- How often are the things you think while you take a test positive? Predict how positive thinking can help you succeed.
- Read the questions you'll have to answer after you read the article.

- Mindfulness and Yoga Activity:
- Meditation on an affirmation.
- Chair yoga to relax and let go.
- Visualize a moment of joy. What are you grateful for? Thank yourself for taking the time to relax.
